Level 80D Weapons : 9 attack speed
Level 85 - 90 Weapons : 10 attack speed
Level 95 Weapons : 10-11 attack speed
Level 100 Weapons : 11 attack speed
Level 105 Weapons : 11 - 12 attack speed
Level 110a Weapons : 12 attack speed
Level 110b Weapons : 12 - 13 attack speed
*We will have level 120 and 130 items . (we have them already , only need to edit stats and so forth.)
